1. If a fully licensed copy of webcalng has not been purchased, the
   customer has the right to use webcalng to create up to two (2)
   calendars for evaluation purposes of an indefinite period.
   The customer is allowed to modify the source code, except to make
   any modifications which would remove or work around code that
   is restricting the software to using a maximum of two calendars.

2. If a fully licensed copy of webcalng software has been purchased,
   the customer has the right to use webcalng to create an unlimited
   number of calendars on a single server.  The webcalng software can
   only be installed on one of the customer's server at a time, with the
   exception of making copies of webcalng software for backup purposes.
   Each server that requires webcalng software to be installed, for use 
   with more than two calendars, must be paid for and licensed separately.
   The customer is allowed to modify the source code at will on a fully
   licensed, purchased copy of webcalng software. 

3. Redistribution of webcalng software, redistribution of works based on
   webcalng software, and redistribution of webcalng software modifications
   is not allowed without the express written consent of the webcalng author.

4. A fully licensed, purchased copy of webcalng software is not transferable
   between individuals, organizations, companies, or any other entities.

5. The author of webcalng is not liable for any damages, loss of data,
   revenues, or any other occurrence related to the use of webcalng software.
